Utilising tools including Sew Easy, markers, and our innovative machine, we begin our manufacturing process with the creation of high-quality prototypes that serve as benchmarks for production standards.
Our partners can request sample development to ensure that every product meets design, price, and quality criteria.
We can then develop 3-5 product schematic designs to fully satisfy brand requirements and user preferences.

Production Planning
We develop our production planning process optimizes resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow management.
By prioritizing the use of local suppliers, we can control the production lead time of approximately 60 days and minimize Scope 3 Carbon Emission. We also ensure every materials are used at the maximum efficiency with only 2-5% fabric waste from production proceess.
This step is crucial in ensuring efficiency meeting both client expectations and market demands.

From Incoming material to Final control
1. Incoming Material Control: We check that our suppliers provide materials that meet our standards, preventing problems from poor-quality materials.
2. Ongoing Monitoring: We inspect every step of the manufacturing process to catch and fix any issues quickly, ensuring products meet our design and reducing waste and rework.
3. Metal Detector Inspections: We use metal detectors to find and remove any foreign objects, making sure our products are safe and meet all regulations.
4. Final Inspection: Only products that pass our thorough final check are approved for distribution, showing our dedication to high quality and reliability.
