With over 35 years of manufacturing expertise, we integrate craftsmanship with
semi-automated technologies to enhance production efficiency, capacity, and consistency.
Our engineering team works in collaboration with seven innovation partners to develop and implement production technologies tailored to our manufacturing needs.
This approach enables us to maintain high standards of craftsmanship while improving scalability and process consistency.
PRODUCTION PLANNING
We develop our production planning process optimizes resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow management.
By prioritizing the use of local suppliers, we can control the production lead time of approximately 60 days and minimize Scope 3 Carbon Emission.

We also ensure every materials are used at the maximum efficiency with only 2-5% fabric waste from production process.
This step is crucial in ensuring efficiency meeting both client expectations and market demands.
QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE
1. Incoming Material Control : We check that our suppliers provide materials that meet our standards, preventing problems from poor-quality materials.

2. Ongoing Monitoring : We inspect every step of the manufacturing process to catch and fix any issues quickly, ensuring products meet our design and reducing waste and rework.

3. Metal Detector Inspections : We use metal detectors to find and remove any foreign objects, making sure our products are safe and meet all regulations.

4. Final Inspection : Only products that pass our thorough final check are approved for distribution, showing our dedication to high quality and reliability.
